Workflow
Our workflow keep us all on the same page and helps
us unleash the magic! Our process is broken down into
5 distinct phases.
Stage 1. Design Preparation

- Ensure the design files are correctly sized and formatted according to the intended print dimensions.
- Set the color mode to CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) for accurate color representation in print.
Stage 2. File Submission

- Submit the design files to the printing service provider. This can be done online through their website or by visiting a physical print shop.
Choose the type of paper or material for printing. Different materials offer varying textures, finishes, and durability.

Stage 3.Color Proofing

- Some printing services offer color proofing, which provides a physical sample or digital proof to ensure the colors appear as intended before final printing.

- Review the color proofs and overall design to check for any errors, discrepancies, or adjustments needed.
Stage 4. Printing

- The design is transferred onto the chosen material using the selected printing method.
- For digital printing, the design is directly transferred from the digital file to the material.
- For offset printing, ink is transferred from the plates to a rubber blanket, then to the material.
Stage 3.Quality Control

- Inspect the printed materials for color accuracy, alignment, print quality, and any defects.
- Pack the printed materials securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Deliver the printed materials to the client or designated location.
- It’s important to communicate closely with your printing service provider to ensure they have all the necessary information about your project’s requirements.
- Proper file preparation, color management, and review of proofs are critical to achieving high-quality printed materials that accurately represent your brand and message.
