Workflow
Our workflow keep us all on the same page and helps
us unleash the magic! Our process is broken down into
3 distinct phases.
We treat each client as unique requirements, so being flexible and adaptable in our approach is key to delivering successful design services.
Stage 1. Creative Development
Timeline: 1 week

In this phase, we better understand your goals with the video – how do you want to use it? what do you want your viewer to take away? who is your target market?
From there, we share concepts and reference videos that serve your goals and target market. Once a concept is decided, we start on the script. We work with you to revise the script until it is final. Once finalized, we move on to Stage 2!
Stage 2. Prep & Production
Timeline: 2 weeks

This is when we dive into all the details and preparations to get us ready for the shoot day! We put together our awesome crew, audition our cast, build out our schedule, scout our location and deal with other pertinent matters required to be ready for the shoot.
During this process, we get approvals from you on elements such as casting, locations and art. We share several options with you for each element so you can make the final call. This ensures everything is on brand and that we are all on the same page.
Stage 3.Post-Production
Timeline: 2 weeks

- sound design, voiceover and music

- final delivery
In the final phase, we transfer all the footage and begin editing a rough cut based on our script and the footage we captured on the shoot day.
We share a customized playlist with you that suits your brand so you can choose a track for the video. If we’re using a voiceover, our team shares several options of voiceover artists for you to choose from as well.
Once a rough cut is ready, we share a review link where you and any member of your team can leave notes directly on the video, by timecode. After all the notes are in, we begin on the fine cut, which includes a polish, color correction and audio design.
